    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Full Scale AR ("Full Scale AR", "we", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, iOS app, and Revit exporter (the "Service").

    By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. Definitions

    • AR: Augmented Reality
    • Space: The webpage containing the QR code, placement map, and scene used to present a subset of a project in AR.
    • Scene: A composition created within a space using uploaded 3D models, viewable in AR through the iOS app and viewable on the space's page.
    • QR Code: A code generated by Full Scale AR that allows access to and facilitates positioning of a scene in the iOS app.
    • User Content: All models, space names, space descriptions, metadata, associated project tags, placement maps, models and other materials uploaded or created by users through the Service.

    3. Eligibility

    The Service is intended for architectural, engineering, and construction applications. By using the Service, you confirm that:

    • You have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
    • You understand that if your space is non password-protected, anyone with access to the QR code on-site will be able to download the iOS app and view the Scene associated with that Space.

    4. Accounts

    Creating Spaces on the website requires registering with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
    • All activity conducted under your account

    You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to use your login credentials or access your account. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.

    The iOS app does not require login to view Scenes in non-password protected spaces. Scenes may be password-protected at the creator's discretion.

    5. Subscription and Billing

    For the time being, Full Scale AR is free to use.

    We reserve the right to begin charging for access to the website and access to spaces at a later date. You will be notified if pricing changes are enacted.

    6. User Content

    You retain full ownership of your User Content. You grant Full Scale AR a limited license to:

    • Host, store, convert, package, and process your content into AR-compatible formats; and
    • Make content available for viewing in AR via QR codes

    This license exists solely to operate and provide the Service.

    You represent that you have rights and permissions to upload and use all User Content.

    7. Scene Access Controls

    You may choose to password-protect a Scene.

    • If a Scene is password-protected: Both the QR code and password are required to access it.
    • If a scene is not password-protected: Anyone who can view the QR code may access the Scene through the iOS app.

    All spaces and associated scenes on the website are viewable only by the user that created them.

    You may delete any Space and all related data at any time through the website.

    8. Data Retention

    If a subscription expires (once paid subscriptions are implemented):

    1. Scene viewing access ends immediately.
    2. The account holder is notified by email.
    3. Full Scale AR retains the Scene data for 30 days.
    4. After 30 days, all Scene data is permanently deleted.

    Deleted Scenes cannot be restored.

    9. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

    • Rely on AR visualization for safety-critical or dimensional decisions;
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service;

    10. Visualization-Only Disclaimer

    Augmented reality visualization may be inaccurate. The Service must not be used for:

    • Code compliance
    • Construction layout
    • Installation or fabrication
    • Measurements or safety-critical work

    Always rely on official construction documents.

    11. Service Availability and Changes

    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice. We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or any resulting loss.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Scale AR from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the Service or reliance on AR visualization.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent allowed by law:

    Full Scale AR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

    Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the prior 12 months (if any).

    14. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

    Upon termination, Full Scale AR's license to your User Content ends, except for the limited rights necessary to retain backups and delete the content in accordance with our data retention policy.

    15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

    All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive:

    • Jury trial rights
    • Class action rights

    16. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    17. Copyright Complaints

    Full Scale AR responds to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy at support@fullscalear.com for instructions.
